基于H∞最优灵敏度的串级控制研究

     

摘要

In this paper, a design for two - freedom controllers was proposed to handle volume objects in process industry. By using the IMC controller in the secondary loop, the quadric disturbance can be eliminated effectively and rapidly. Minimum sensitivity was used as the design criteria in the primary loop and the turning parameters of the primary controller were obtained by H∞ optimal control theory. The two - freedom control system can be simplified into the standard cascade control structure. A two - capacity - tank system was used as control objects when simulation. The results showed that this algorithm brings a good performance in set -point tracking, load disturbance rejection and robustness etc.%针对工业过程控制中普遍存在的容积对象,设计了一种二自由度的控制系统.副回路采用内模控制器,可以有效、快速地消除二次干扰;主回路以最优灵敏度为设计指标,由H∞最优控制理论得到主控制器整定参数,并化简成标准的串级控制结构.控制对象采用双容水箱,Simulink仿真结果表明,该算法在设定值跟踪、负载扰动抑制及系统鲁棒性等方面的性能指标均取得了良好的效果.
