基于DSP28335的单相逆变器缓冲电路优化设计

         

摘要

针对单相逆变器主电路中IGBT开关瞬间产生冲击电压的问题,提出一种缓冲电路及参数优化设计方法.通过分析缓冲电路的工作原理,推导出参数选取公式.在理论分析的基础上,设计了一台300W单相逆变器的缓冲电路.实验结果表明:所设计的缓冲电路能够有效抑制IGBT关断时的尖峰电压,保证逆变器可靠运行.%In order to solve the problem that the voltage of the IGBT switch in the main circuit of the single-phase inverter generates an impulse voltage in time, a snubber circuit and parameter optimization design method are proposed. Based on the analysis of the working principle of the snubber circuit, the parameter selection formula is derived. Based on the theoretical analysis, a buffer circuit of 300 W single-phase inverter is designed. The experimental results show that the design of the snubber circuit can ef-fectively suppress the peak voltage of IGBT turn off and ensure the reliable operation of the inverter.
