PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-phase three-wire type inverter device capable of simultaneously attaining both improvement of stability as an inverter device by suppression of a DC component included on an intermediate line in the single-phase three-wire type inverter device, and suppression of heat generation by the loss of the DC component.;SOLUTION: A single-phase three-wire type inverter device comprises: an inverter part IV for generating AC voltage of a single-phase three-wire type inverter device from one DC power supply V; a second voltage detection part 7 for detecting a voltage value of a DC component included on an intermediate line M in the single-phase three-wire type inverter device; an intermediate line stabilization part SV connected between the DC power supply V and the inverter part IV and for suppressing the DV component using switching elements S1 and S2; and PWM drive parts 1 and 2 for forbidding switching operation in the switching elements S1 and S2 when a voltage value of the DC component is within a voltage range of a dead zone preset including zero volt.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
