150 t转炉供氧优化研究与应用

             

摘要

利用CFD软件对150 t转炉进行了水模拟与数值模拟研究,并将两者结果进行比较。结果表明由于新氧枪产生氧气射流的冲击,熔池中的冲击面积和冲击深度比原氧枪有所提高。新氧枪的搅拌能力好,可以促进钢液中的传质、传热,加快冶炼节奏。为检验模拟结果,将新氧枪应用于水钢现场的转炉冶炼,表明新氧枪搅拌能力强,脱C速度快。并且吨钢氧耗、供氧时间和供氧强度上满足生产需求。%Both the water experiment and numerical simulation model for a 150t converter. have been established in present work. The results show that because of the impact of new lance,both the jet penetration depth and the impact area are created. And the new lance have a good mixed ability,it can promote the liquid steel mass transfer,heat transfer,accelerate smelting rhythm. To test the simulation results,the new lance applied to a 150t converter,which shows better stirring ability and decarburization rate. Moreover,the oxygen consumption per ton steel,blowing time and blowing intensity are better than the old one meeting the production requirements.
