塑料协同高温铜渣气化的实验研究

             

摘要

Based on the perspective of environmental protection and energy resource optimal utilization,more and more scholars at home and abroad pay close attention to municipal solid waste (MSW) gasification technology to find an approach of higher energy conversion of MSW.Given the complex components of MSW and the technical problems of MSW gasification,plastic which is an important component of MSW was chosen as gasification feedstock.Air was chosen as the gasification medium and copper slag was used as the catalyst in this study.A series of plastic air gasification experiments were carried out in an updraft gasifier combined with a copper slag reformer.The effects of gasification ratio,temperature and catalyst addition on plastic gasification were studied.It has been showed that gasification experiment ratio and temperature have significant effect on the quality of the product gas;the quality of the catalytic gasification gas is improved as the temperature rise from 750℃ to 900℃.The use of copper slag as catalyst makes plastic further catalytic reforming.The gas production with high CO,H2 and CH4 content could be obtained on plastic catalytic gasification process.Copper slag could be considered as a good catalyst for plastic catalytic gasification.%基于环境保护和能源资源优化利用的视角,城市生活垃圾气化备受国内外学者的关注,旨在找到一条高效的垃圾能源化利用途径.鉴于生活垃圾组分复杂,而塑料作为生活垃圾的重要组成部分,本课题选取塑料为研究对象,以空气为气化介质、铜渣为催化剂,进行相关研究.在自行搭建的气化试验台上开展塑料的气化试验研究,主要研究气化比(即空气消耗系数)、温度和催化剂对塑料气化的影响.实验结果表明:气化实验比、温度对催化气化产气品位有很明显的影响;在气化温度为750~900℃,随着气化温度升高,产气品位明显提高;铜渣催化剂的使用使得塑料能够进一步催化重整,可提高气化产气CO、H2、CH4等可燃组分,有较好的催化效果.
