炼钢多流仿真系统的研究与应用

摘要

Simulation is an effective method in reveal operating law of the complex logistics.Functions and characteristics of multi-flow simulation platform for steelmaking process are introduced in this paper.Through a series of application cases it is revealed that multi-flow simulation platform is not only used as the optimization design software,but also helpful to analyze and optimize the operation cost of steelmaking process.It can provide full life cycle service from design to operation system of steel enterprises.%仿真方法是揭示复杂系统物流运行规律的有效手段.介绍了炼钢多流仿真平台的功能特点和应用情况,指出炼钢多流仿真平台既是辅助炼钢优化设计软件,也是炼钢厂内部全成本优化咨询项目的辅助决策工具,可为钢铁企业提供从设计到生产运营的全生命周期服务.
