As a case study for building a production shop in a company, the systematic layout planning ( SLP) method is used to design the shop. By analyzing both the material and non-material flow with necessary constraints and interactions taken into account, three candidate facility layout solutions are proposed. Then, the best one is selected by using analytic hierarchy process technique. It is shown that the result is satisfactory.%在分析某企业生产物流关系与非物流关系的基础上,运用系统布置设计方法(SLP方法),综合考虑实际布置中的限制因素及其相互作用的影响,通过为某企业新建车间生产设施进行布置设计,得出3套可行的布置方案.在比选这些方案时,以层次分析法进行计算和分析,从中选出最优方案.
