基于静态效用转移的居民垃圾分类激励机制设计

摘要

居民的垃圾分拣水平直接影响垃圾分拣企业后续处理的成本和效率。为了提高居民的前期垃圾分拣水平，本文基于静态效用转移机制，探讨了单个垃圾处理企业和多位居民之间的供应链协调问题。研究表明，静态效用转移的激励机制可以促使多位居民提升垃圾源头分拣水平，实现供应链协调。%The garbage sorting level has a direct effect on the cost and effectiveness of subsequent process -ing for a waste treatment enterprise .In order to promote residents to increase the level of residents'pre-sor-ting , based on the static transfer-payment-contract , the supply chain coordination between a single waste disposal companies and a number of residents is studied .The results show that a static transfer-payment-contract can achieve supply chain coordination .
