城市生活垃圾收运车辆调度干扰管理研究

摘要

针对城市生活垃圾收运中的车辆故障问题，根据干扰管理思想，提出干扰辨识方法和基于初始计划偏离的扰动度量方法，并以最小化与原方案偏差为目标，构建了干扰管理模型。最后，通过对实例问题进行仿真实验，并与传统干扰处理方法进行对比，验证了干扰管理模型的有效性和优越性。%To solve the vehicle failure problem in municipal domestic waste collection and transportation , a method of identifying disruption and measuring the disturbance caused by the initial plan deviation is put forward based on the disruption management theory .A garbage collector and vehicle disruption manage-ment schedule is established aiming at minimizing the deviation with the original plan .In the end , through the comparison of the experimental results with the schedule , the effectiveness and superiority of the model and algorithm are proved .
