资源型地区产业布局安全与发展研究——以内蒙古自治区为例

摘要

Based on the analysis of the status and characteristics of industrial distribution in Inner Mon- golia Autonomous Region, and under the framework of industrial security theory, with the goal of industrial de- velopment in Inner Mongolia, this paper build an analytical framework of industrial distribution security in re- source - based regional. With an empirical analysis of Inner Mongolia, it put some policy proposals for indus- trial development in Inner Mongolia. This paper attempts to analyze the security of industrial distribution in In- ner Mongolia Autonomous Region in order to provide references to the new industrial planning and industrial development to Inner Mongolia.%开放环境下产业可持续发展与产业安全关系日显突出。在资源型地区，产业安全有其不同于其它地区类型的特点，需作具体深入研究。本文以产业安全理论为基础，结合内蒙古产业发展的目标，构建了资源型地区产业布局安全的基本分析框架。以内蒙古自治区为例进行实证分析，通过对其产业布局安全的分析，提出产业发展对策建议，也为资源型地区产业布局安全与发展提供借鉴。
