目前部分变电所仍然采用分列运行方式供电,如果直接在分列运行的两条母线之间进行合闸操作,由于幅值、相位和频率的不同极易产生冲击性的环流问题。而静止同步串联补偿器具有可以改变输出电压的幅值和相位的特性,利用这种特性可以很好的解决由于直接合闸引起的环流问题。通过对 SSSC 的原理和控制过程的研究,提出前级 d,q 解耦控制,后级SVPWM 控制方式,并在 MATLAB 工具中 SIMULINK 环境下进行了仿真研究,验证了 SSSC 装置在分列运行供电方式下直接合闸母联开关的正确性和可行性。%CurrentIy part of the substation operation mode stiI uses Independent Operation mode,If directIy in the Independent Operation between the two bus cIosing operation,due to the different ampIitude,phase and frequency of susceptibIe to im-pact the circuIation probIem.The SSSC has the characteristics that can change the output voItage ampIitude and phase.This can soIute the circuIation probIems caused by direct -on-Iine switching.Through the study of the principIe of SSSC and controI process,proposes pre-d,q decoupIing controI,the IeveI SVPWM controI,and study of simuIation under the environment of SIMULINK in MATLAB tooIs,verify the Correctness and feasibiIity of the SSSC devices direct-on-Iine bus coupIer switches controI under the Independent Operation mode of the power suppIy system.
