A precise positioning of high speed gas suspension motion controI system is estabIished according to the characteris-tics of porous gas suspension movement system and modeIing in this paper.The main characteristics of gas suspension motion system detaiIed modeI is estabIished,and the accurate positioning of fIoating pIatform in high acceIeration,high speed condition are studied in detaiI,and gives the corresponding soIving methods are proposed.%针对多孔质气悬浮运动系统的特点,对其建模分析,并提出了一种高加速气悬浮运动的精确定位控制系统。就气悬浮运动系统的特点建立了详细的模型,并在就气浮平台在高加速度、高速度状态下的精确定位问题做了详细的研究,并给提出了相应的解决方法。
