3D仿真GIS在石化企业安全应急管理中的应用

摘要

在研究并建立某石化厂区3D仿真GIS的基础上,应用该GIS系统管理厂区内厂房、装置、设施设备、危险源、罐区及消防设施等各类地物的地理位置和属性信息.在发生各类燃烧、爆炸、泄漏事故时可以快速查找事故发生区域、调取事故地点装置、设备及消防设施等地物信息,进行救援路线的选择,从而为石化企业安全生产、应急管理及救援等提供帮助.%On the base of studying and establishing 3D simulation GIS of petrochemical plant.Application of the system to manage the plant location and attribute information,equipment,facilities and equipment,hazard,tank and fire facilities and other surface features.When occur various types of combustion,explosion,leakage accident,it can find the accident occurrence re-gion,transfer device of the accident location,equipment and fire safety equipment that as ground information etc,rescue route choice quickly.So as to provide the assistance for the safety production of petrochemical enterprise,emergency management and rescue.
