基于LabVIEW的精密天平实时监测系统设计

         

摘要

LabVIEW可以实现对串口数据的采集与保存,将其与电子天平相连时,即可记录质量的变化.然而,由于串口的数据是通过字符串的形式输出,因此当将串口读入的数据通过图表来显示时,往往会由于字符串的不完整,使得输出的质量位数缺失,甚至会导致数量级上的误差.这使得输出的图表出现激变.通过对字符串的截取、分割与再拼接,实现数据准确、实时地直观显示.%LabVIEW is a tool that can collect and save data.When connected to balance,it can record the change of the weight.However,the date coming from serial port is given as a string,and the output always presents incompletion,which re-sults in the miss of data bits.The miss could even affect order of magnitude frequently.It is common to find that the output curve changes drastically,when turn the data into graph through LabVIEW.This paper shows a method to picture the data from balance through serial port,by cutting out,segmenting and splicing the string.
