针对真空静电喷涂过程中,因喷枪喷涂颜料时带入大量空气,导致真空度下降的问题,开发了真空喷涂控制系统,对实时真空度进行控制,使系统始终处于适合的真空度下进行静电喷涂,解决了目前喷漆行业中出现的工艺效率低、耗能高、质量差等问题.可广泛应用于汽车、摩托车、家用电器、五金家具、玩具、日用工业品等各种民用及国防工业产品的表面喷涂装饰.%This paper suggests a solution of the problem,which a lot of air into the vacuum chamber with paint spray gun,in the process of vacuum electrostatic spraying.The Solution opened a vacuum coating control system,which control the degree of vacuum online,make the system remains under the appropriate degree of vacuum,solved the problem of high energy consumption,poor quality problems in the current process Paint industry.It can be widely used in automobiles,motor-cycles,household appliances,metal furniture,toys,household and other consumer and industrial products spraying the surface decoration.
