摘要

Aiming at the problem of excessive energy consumption of vacuum lyophilizer on the market, a control system of vacuum lyophilizer based on S7-1200 PLC is designed. In this paper, the composition of the control system and the design of software and hardware are introduced in detail. Based on the problem of high energy consumption, the reasons are analyzed, and the effective control strategy is put forward. And the whole process is monitored and controlled by the upper computer in real time. The experimental results show that the control method can reduce the overall energy consumption of vacuum lyophilizer to about 50%.
