超薄热管在电路板上的应用分析

摘要

To study the effects of ultrathin heat pipe apply to PCB on the heat transfer,three-dimensional numerical sim-ulation methods are performed to investigate the heat transfer performance of ultrathin heat pipe apply to PCB.The results show that the temperature of heating element decreases obviously.The research can provide an important guiding signifi-cance for thermal design of electronic device.%为研究电路板上使用超薄热管对传热的影响，采用数值模拟方法对电路板上使用超薄热管的情况进行了分析，结果表明，采用超薄热管后发热元件温度有明显降低，此研究对电子器件热设计具有指导作用。
