液体物料自动称重配料控制系统

摘要

为满足液体物料配料生产过程中对精度和效率的要求，设计了自动称重配料控制系统。控制系统由PLC、称重仪表、触摸屏和变频器等组成。该系统可实现生产过程中的在线动态称重，实时监控、采集、处理现场信号；系统采用多段速进料，较好地解决了动态称重过程中精度和速度的矛盾。系统具有配料速度快、精度高、成本低等优点。%According to the requirement of the accuracy and efficiency of the Iiquid materiaI ingredients in the production process,this paper introduces the design of automatic weighing and batching controI system.The controI system consists of PLC,weighing instrument,touch screen and inverter.The system can reaIize the onIine dynamic weighing in production pro-cess,reaItime monitoring,coI ection,processing of fieId signaI;system adopts muIti speed feeding method,and soIves the con-fIict between accuracy and speed of the dynamic weighing.
