This paper introduces the concept of single moving average method,characteristics and predictive models,and analyzes the necessity of the cigarette production forecasts.Examples show that the application of single moving average method in cigarette production forecas.This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of a moving average.%介绍了一次移动平均法的概念、特点以及预测模型，分析了卷烟产量预测的必要性。通过实例证明了一次移动平均法在卷烟产量预测中的作用，总结一次移动平均法的优缺点。
