EU -1分子筛的合成及碳八芳烃异构化催化性能

         

摘要

Using hexamethoniUm bromide as the template,EU-1 molecUlar sieve was synthesized by hydrothermal method. The inflUence of alkalinity of the starting materials,template contents,molar ratio of silica to alUmina and silicon soUrces on the synthesis of EU-1 molecUlar sieve was investigated. The resUlts showed that the ratio of synthetic raw material for pUre EU-1 molecUlar sieve had a optimized valUe range. The crystallization kinetics of EU-1 molecUlar sieve synthesis was stUdied to ascertain the optimized crys-tallization time. The dUal fUnctional catalyst prepared by Using EU-1 molecUlar sieve as the acid sUpport exhibited better catalytic activity and selectivity in C8 aromatics isomerization reaction.%以溴化六甲双铵为模板剂,采用水热合成晶化法合成 EU -1分子筛,系统考察合成反应起始料浆碱度、模板剂含量、硅铝比以及硅源种类对合成分子筛的影响。结果表明,纯相 EU -1分子筛合成时原料配比具有一定的适宜范围,对 EU -1分子筛的合成晶化动力学进行研究,确定合成EU -1分子筛的适宜晶化时间。以合成的 EU -1分子筛为酸性载体制备双功能催化剂,在碳八芳烃临氢异构化反应中表现出良好的活性和选择性。
