Objective:To evaluate the value of color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Methods:The 46 cases of thyroid nodules treated in our hospital were selected and all patients were examined by color doppler, and the results were compared with the results of postoperative pathological examination. Results: The coincidence rate of the diagnosis of thyroid nodules was 89.1% in color doppler ultrasound. Malignant thyroid nodules have echogenic echogenicity, while benign patients tend to be mixed. And the benign patient can see the edge clear, calcified and enveloped; the edge of malignant patients is more blurred and calcified, but no envelope. Conclusion: By color doppler flow imaging (cdfi)in thyroid nodules in patients with benign and malignant diagnosis is high accuracy, and at the same time coordinate internal echo and the effects of ultrasonic characteristics can be accurately analyzed, have important value to reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis occurs, popularization and application.%目的:探讨甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断中彩色多普勒超声的应用价值.方法:选取我院收治的46例甲状腺结节患者进行研究,所有患者均采用彩色多普勒检查,并将检查结果与术后病理检查结果进行对比.结果:彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺结节良恶性诊断的符合率为89.1%;恶性甲状腺结节内部回声多为低回声,而良性患者则多为混合声;且良性患者多可见边缘清晰、无钙化、有包膜;而恶性患者边缘则较为模糊,有钙化,但无包膜.结论:采用彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺结节患者进行良恶性诊断具有较高的准确性,同时配合内部回声及超声影像学特征可准确的进行分析,对减少漏诊、误诊发生有重要价值,可推广应用.
