The wind power of a strong wind occurred in Xini ’ er Reservoir on August 7, 2004 was analyzed under con-ventional observation data .The results showed that: hourly wind speed data as calculation sample corresponds with Weibull distribution;in normal weather strong windy weather and the annual average case , the shape parameter K is rel-atively stable and around K=2, which is conducive to the improvement of fan efficiency;in strong windy weather condi-tions, the average wind speed is 3.3 times of the normal weather and 3.1 times of the annual average value , the effec-tive wind power density is 25 .4 times of the normal weather and 23 .0 times of the annual average value , which is con-sistent with the actual situation .The results provide a reference for the development of regional wind energy resources .%利用常规观测资料对2004年8月7日发生在希尼尔水库区域的一场大风的风能进行了分析。结果表明:以小时尺度为计算样本的风速数据符合威布尔分布;正常天气、大风天气与全年平均情况下,形状参数K较为稳定,均处于K=2附近,这有利于研究区风机效率的发挥;大风天气情况下的平均风速是正常天气的3.3倍,是年均值的3.1倍,有效风功率密度是正常天气的25.4倍,是全年平均值的23.0倍,与实际情况相符合。研究结果为区域风能资源的开发提供了借鉴。
