针对涉外水电工程施工管理实际操作中面临的诸多问题,结合老挝南椰2水电站LOT1标估的工程实际,介绍了对老挝劳工的技术、施工材料、施工质量及进度、用工工资结算的管理工作。实践表明,管理方法是成功的,并取得了良好的效果。%In the construction of overseas hydropower projects, local labor management is usually of considerable diffi-culties.In this paper, experiences of labor management in the LOT1 contract of Nam Ngiep 2 hydropower project in Laos are discussed, including the management on workmanship of the local labor, construction materials, construction quality and schedule, and salary accounting.Practice shows the management is successful.
