In the construction of concrete bases of steel towers in the 230 kV power transmission lines in Laos, special technology are adopted because of the marshland condition.Practical operation and observed data show that the construc-tion technology is of reliable safety, well-controlled quality, quick construction speed and economic reasonableness.%以老挝230 kV输电线路铁塔基座施工实践为例，论述了在沼泽地带的输电线铁塔基座，一种可经济合理、安全可靠、质量可控、速度较快的施工技术，经过运行考验和观测数据分析，验证了这种施工技术的可靠性。
