基于IEC 61850标准的智能化水电站设计探讨

摘要

The smart grid is the direction of power system development.The IEC61850 standard system provides the basis for the development of intelligent hydropower stations.In this paper,based on IEC61850 standard system,elaborated the SPII hydropower intelligent design.The power station computer monitoring system adopts the integrated architecture based on IEC61850,adopts the intelligent switchyard,configures the multi-system linkage and intelligent inspection and intelligent key system,achieve the data sharing of various systems.It provides the intelligent operation,intelligent inspection and intelligent decision for hydropower station.%智能电网是电力系统发展的方向,IEC 61850标准技术体系为智能化水电站建设提供了发展的基础.本文结合IEC 61850标准体系,阐述了沙坪二级水电站智能化设计方案.电站计算机监控系统采用基于IEC61850的一体化架构,采用智能开关站设计,配置多系统联动和智能巡检及智能钥匙系统,实现了各系统数据的无缝共享,为水电站的智能运行、智能巡检、智能决策打下了坚实的基础.
