含铜镍渣作为炼铁原料时需预先除铜。根据含铜镍渣的粒度分析和铜、铁物相分析结果,研究了用硫酸溶液浸出分离铜。试验结果表明,在硫酸体积分数为5%、反应温度为100℃、反应时间为40 min、液固体积质量比为5∶1条件下,铁、铜平均浸出率分别为35.14%和79.98%。%T he nickle slag containing copper and nickel is necessary to pre-remove copper before used as iron-making raw material .Leaching of copper using sulfuric acid was studied based on the analysis results of size and phases of copper and iron of the slag .T he results show that the leaching rate of iron and copper are 35 .14% and 79 .98% under the conditions of sulfuric acid volume fraction of 5% , leaching temperature of 100 ℃ ,leaching time of 40 min and the ratio between liquid volume and solid mass of 5∶1 .
