二氧化硅/二氧化钛催化吸附材料的制备及处理含氰废水研究

         

摘要

研究了采用三步法制备二氧化硅/二氧化钛复合催化吸附材料。以乙醇作有机溶剂,硅酸钠提供硅源,钛酸丁酯作钛源,采用凝胶-溶胶法经反应、陈化、干燥、高温煅烧得到最终产品。根据 SEM、热重分析、Micromeritics ASAP 2020测试结果,所制备的吸附材料具有高比表面积和高孔容。用该材料处理黄金企业的含氰废水,既能吸附铜氰配离子和氰根离子,还能将氰根离子催化分解;铜氰配离子吸附率达90%,氰根离子分解率达80%。%TiO2/SiO2 composite catalytic adsorption material was prepared by three-steps method . Using ethanol as organic solvent ,sodium silicate as silicon resource ,and butyl titanate as a source of titanium ,the final produce was obtained by the sol-gel method ,and aging ,drying and high-temperature roasting .Based on the results of SEM ,thermogravimetric analysis and testing of micromeritics 2020 ASAP ,the material has high specific surface and pore volume .The material is used to treat containing cyanide wastewater ,the results show that the material can adsorb copper cyanide complex ions and photo-catalysis decompose cyanide in wastewater .The rate of adsorption of copper cyanide complex ions is more than 90% ,and the rate of cyanide decomposition is more than 80% .
