Agitation leaching a oxidized copper ore in Inner Mongolia using sulfuric acid at normal temperature and pressure was researched .The experimental results show that copper leaching rate is over 84% under the conditions of fineness of grinding of -200 mesh about 85% ,the mass ratio between liquid and solid of 4∶1 ,leaching time of 6 h ,sulfuric acid concentration of 30 g/L ,leaching speed of 200 r/min .It is a effective method of processing oxidized copper ores with high mud ,having features of simple process ,low cost ,little environmental pollution and high copper leaching rate .%研究了在常温常压下用硫酸搅拌浸出内蒙某氧化铜矿石。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-200目占85%、矿浆液固体积质量比为4∶1、搅拌时间为6 h、硫酸质量浓度为30 g/L、搅拌速度为200 r/min条件下,铜浸出率达84%以上。该工艺简单,成本低,环境污染小,铜浸出率高,是处理含泥量较大的氧化铜矿石的有效方法。
