某难选银铅锌多金属矿石选矿试验研究

摘要

The silver-lead minerals preferential flotation and zinc minerals flotation process is adopted for recovering the Ag-Pb-Zn ploymetalic ore .The test results show that silver-lead concentrate and zinc concentrate can be obtained .In the silver-lead concentrates ,grade of lead and silver are 53 .51%and 2 .371 kg/t ,respectively ,and recovery of lead and silver are 96 .26% and 95 .08% .Grade of zinc and silver in zinc concentrate are 43 .67% and 390 g/t ,respectively ,and recovery of zinc and silver are 62 .63% and 1 .26% ,respectively .%研究了采用银铅优先浮选、再浮选锌工艺分选某银铅锌多金属矿石。试验结果表明：采用该工艺可获得银铅精矿及锌精矿；银铅精矿中，铅品位53．51％，银品位2．371 kg/t ，铅、银回收率分别为96．26％和95．08％；锌精矿中，锌品位43．67％，银品位390 g/t ，锌、银回收率分别为62．63％和1．26％。
