某高磷铁精矿酸浸降磷试验研究

         

摘要

Dephosphorization by acid leaching from Fe-concentrate obtained reduction roasting-magnetic separation was examined .In the Fe-concentrate ,phosphorus existes as the form of isomorphism in limonite ,and as the form of collophanite in ore .The test results show that under the conditions of tem-perature of 40 ℃ ,sulfuric acid concentration of 100 g/L ,ratio between liquid volume and solid mass of 2 .5∶1 ,reaction time of 25 min ,phosphorus in the concentrate is reduced effectively ,mass fraction of Fe and Phosphorus in Fe-concentrate is 58 .60% and 0 .256% ,respectively .%研究了用硫酸从还原焙烧-磁选工艺得到的高磷铁精矿中除磷。铁精矿中,磷主要以类质同象形式存在于褐铁矿中,少部分以胶磷矿形式存在。试验结果表明,在浸出温度40℃、硫酸质量浓度100 g/L、液固体积质量比2.5∶1、浸出时间25 min条件下,精矿中的磷得到有效降低,最终得到铁品位58.60%、磷质量分数0.256%的合格铁精矿。
