石煤钒矿低温碱性焙烧-水浸钒试验研究

         

摘要

The process of extracting vanadium from stone coal at low temperature by alkaline roasting was studied .The effects of various factors ,such as alkaline‐ore mass ratio ,salt‐ore mass ratio ,roasting temperature and roasting time on the leaching of vanadium were examined .The results show that the optimum conditions of the process are determined as follow s :alkaline‐ore mass ratio of 1 .5 ,salt‐ore mass ratio of 0 .50 -0 .75 ,roasting temperature of 500 ℃ ,roasting time of 1 h .T he leaching rate of vanadium is up to 99 .0% under the optimum operation conditions .%研究了用低温碱性焙烧—水浸工艺从石煤矿中提取钒,考察了焙烧条件(碱矿质量比、盐矿质量比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间)及浸出条件(温度、时间、液固体积质量比)对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明:在焙烧温度500℃、焙烧时间1.0 h、碱(NaOH)矿(脱碳料)质量比1.5、盐(NaNO3)矿(脱碳料)质量比0.50~0.75的最佳条件下进行焙烧,然后在温度60℃、液固体积质量比4∶1条件下浸出1 h ,钒浸出率最高可达99.0%。
