组态软件WinCC在AGC缸测试系统中的应用

摘要

According to the hydraulic test-bed of AGC cylinder in a factory,this paper uses WinCC configuration software to design the graphics of human machine interface.And introduces software and hardware configurations for automation monitor system and analyzes the communication theory between WinCC and PLC.The program implements data display,fault alert and alarm information indication.How to use configuration software WinCC to design monitor system is the point in this paper.%为某厂研制的AGC缸试验台,采用WinCC组态软件进行画面设计.介绍了自动监控系统的软硬件构成,分析了WinCC与PLC之间的通讯机制.画面程序实现了对测试过程中电流、电压等相关数据的显示,以及相关故障、报警信息的指示.主要阐述了利用组态软件WinCC设计监控系统的方法.
