平整卸卷小车升降控制液压系统分析及应用

卸卷小车被广泛地运用在平整分卷机组上，其性能直接影响着平整分卷机组的产量和最终产品质量的好坏。升降液压系统是保证卸卷小车正常工作的关键。不同的平整机组卸卷小车升降液压系统的设计形式也不尽相同。该文主要介绍了热轧2250平整卸卷小车的工作过程，分析了其升降液压回路的工作原理和特点。%Stripper car is widely used in the temper mill unit, and its performance directly affects the output and final product quality of the temper mill. The hydraulic lifting system is the key to ensure the normal working of the stripper car. It is different for design form to differ-ent hydraulic lifting system for stripper car in temper mill. This paper mainly introduces the working process of stripper car of temper mill in HSM 2250, and analyzes the working principle and characteristics of the lifting hydraulic circuit for stripper car.
