液压马达试验台加载系统油温控制

摘要

液压马达试验台加载系统内部油温的高低与试验台的工作寿命和性能可靠性密切相关，合理设计和控制闭式加载系统内部的油温是整个试验台设计开发过程中的关键要素之一。该文通过理论分析计算并结合工程实际应用，提出液压马达试验台闭式加载系统内部油温控制的有效方法，为液压马达试验台的设计和改造提供参考和指导。%The internal oil temperature of hydraulic motor test bench loading system and the working life of the test bench is closely related to the reliability and performance, reasonable design and control of oil temperature inside a closed loading system is one of the key elements in the whole test-bed design development process. In this paper, through theoretical analysis and calculation, and combined with the practi-cal engineering application, put forward the hydraulic motor test bench closed loading system effective method of internal oil temperature control and provide a reference for the design of the hydraulic motor test bench and transform and guidance.
