工程机械伸缩臂液压锁止系统性能分析与改进

摘要

在深入分析现有工程机械中臂架伸缩液压锁止系统的工作原理,分析伸缩臂在各种复杂工况下出现自动外窜或者下滑的原因,在此基础上提出了一种采用"双作用平衡阀+Y型换向阀"的改进方法,并经过实验验证了改进方案的有效性,提高了系统的可靠性.%In-depth analysis of the principle of existing telescopic hydraulic locked system in construction machinery, and the reason of boom of telescopic outside channeling or telescopic inside is analysed. On this basis, an improved design method by using dual counterbal-ance valve and the Y-type valve is proposed, and effectiveness of these adaptations are positively verified by experiments, so the reliability of the system is improved.
