伺服阀阀套高可靠装配技术研究

摘要

该文主要针对伺服阀装配过程阀套容易产生切损的问题开展研究,选择温差装配方法进行阀套装配,并计算阀套装配过程温差控制的温度,并总结以往生产过程阀套装配过程控制的要点,保证伺服阀装配的可靠性,减少伺服阀多余物.%The paper is about the research on the bushing damage during the servo-valve assembly, the temperature difference assembly method is utilized for servo-valve assembly and the temperature difference is calculated during the bushing assembly process. The former servo-valve bushing assembly key points are concluded to ensure the servo-valve assembly reliability and to reduce the eternal pollution.
