针对铜管水平连铸系统保温炉液位气控系统精度不高,安全性差和残液利用率低的问题,提出利用电-气伺服系统代替原来的开关阀系统,为提高控制精度,加入了PID控制;对新系统进行数学建模,利用AMESim软件进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,改进后铸造腔液位波动量很小,最大误差为1.95mm,达到了很好的控制效果.%In view of the problem that the accuracy of the gas control system is low, the safety is poor and the utilization rate of the residual liquid is low, proposed the use of electric-gas servo system instead of the original on-off valve system, in order to improve the control preci-sion, PID control is added. Establishing a mathematical model of the new system, the use of AMESim software for simulation analysis, the simulation results show that the fluctuation of the liquid level of the improved cavity is very small and the maximum error is 1.95mm, which has achieved good control effect.
