F型π桥溢流阀的动态特性分析

All kinds of specific hydraulic valves or circuits are abstracted into hydraulic resistance network.Common problems of hydraulic valve or circuit can be studied.In case of overflow valve Rexroth series,the valve is abstracted as type F-πBridge hydraulic resistance net-work.On the premise,establish the dynamic mathematical model of F-πBridge relief valve,and made the simulation calculation of the dynam-ic characteristics .Laid the foundation for the structure design of F-πBridge relief valve.%将液压阀或液压回路抽象为液阻网络,可研究液压阀或回路的共性问题.以力士乐系列溢流阀为例,将该阀抽象为F型π桥液阻网络,在此前提下,建立了F型π桥溢流阀的动态数学模型,并进行了动态特性的仿真计算.为F型π桥溢流阀的结构设计奠定了基础.
