隐式串联三级力输出节能高效气缸与液压缸

摘要

Existing explicit series pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder is composed of two cylinders simply stacked longitudinally, which has poor structure rigidity because of the overlong pull rods and longitudinal size. This paper introduced a implicit series pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder with 3-stage power output, which longitudinal size is only half of existing explicit series. What is more, it has prominent advantages of compact structure, high rigidity, minute extension, low power consumption, high efficiency and lower impulsive noise.%现有的二级显式串联气缸或液压缸,为二只普通缸纵向简单叠加而成,其纵向尺寸及拉杆长度过大,总体结构刚性差.创新设计的一种隐式串联缸,纵向尺寸仅为现有二级显式串联缸的一半左右,且能够实现三级力输出,具有结构紧凑,刚性高,体积小,耗能低,效率高,冲击噪声小等突出优点.
