锻造液压机液压传动系统可靠性分析

         

摘要

The paper mainly introduces three kinds of transmission mode of hydraulic transmission system for forging hydraulic press and their main advantages and disadvantages, also introduces the principle and establishes its fault tree for now widely used by the domestic elec-tro-hydraulic proportional valve controlled hydraulic accumulator fast forging system;the fault tree of the hydraulic system is analyzed in detail according to its related theories, so that we can find the weakest link and put forward the improvement measures, which have a certain guiding significance for improving the reliability and safety of the hydraulic system of forging hydraulic machine.%主要介绍了锻造液压机液压传动系统的三种传动方式及其主要优缺点,并针对现在国内普遍采用的电液比例阀控液压机蓄能器快锻系统,介绍其原理并建立系统的故障树;根据故障树相关理论,对系统的故障树进行了详细分析,找出系统最薄弱的环节,同时对液压系统提出了改善措施,这对提高锻造液压机液压系统的可靠性和安全性具有一定的指导意义.
