柱塞泵中柱塞-滑靴滚包工艺数值模拟研究

摘要

柱塞和滑靴做为柱塞泵中的重要组成元件,其滚包工艺一直以来是加工难题,该文以此为研究对象,利用有限元工艺仿真系统DEFORM软件,以现有产品工艺参数为依据,进行建模分析,对新产品工艺提供理论依托,并在实际生产中得到验证,为解决此难题提出新思路.%Piston and slipper are the important components of piston pump. And their roll package technology has always been a difficult problem in processing. As the research object of the study,with the finite element software-DEFORM,basing on the existing product parame-ters to modeling analysis, the craft solutions has been verified in actual production,and put forword a new way to solve this difficult problem.
