东京野茉莉光合生理特性研究

         

摘要

In order to study the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Styrax tonkinensis,using LI-6400 photo-synthesis system under natural conditions by the process of photosynthesis physiological day. The results show that in the May sunny wild jasmine diurnal variation curve of bimodal process,there is a "lunch break"phenomenon,photosyn-thetically active radiation and temperature continues to rise is leading to "midday depression"the main reason of S.tonkinensis. Diurnal variation of transpiration rate and stomatal conductance trend is basically the same,showed a bimod-al. Changes in atmospheric CO2 concentration has little effect on net photosynthetic rate. The same diurnal stomatal con-ductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of substantially diurnal variation.%为研究东京野茉莉光合生理特性,在自然条件下采用LI—6400光合仪对其光合生理日进程进行了测定。结果表明:5月晴天东京野茉莉净光合速率日进程变化曲线为双峰型,存在“午休”现象,温度和光合有效辐射的持续升高是导致“午休”现象的主要原因;蒸腾速率日变化与气孔导度的趋势基本相同,均呈双峰型;大气CO2浓度日变化对净光合速率影响不大;气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度的日进程基本与光合速率日变化相同。
