基于分段拟合求积分的RTV涂层厚度控制方法研究

摘要

A coating thickness control method of RTV anti-contamination flashover is presented based on sectional fitting quadrature. The insulator surface area can be obtained, according to the coating density and vulcanization characteristics, so the thickness of the coatings can be controlled by adjusting the weight of RTV anti-contamination flashover coating.%提出一种基于分段拟合求积分的RTV防污闪涂料涂层厚度控制方法，利用该方法求取绝缘子表面积，同时根据涂料密度和硫化特点，通过调整RTV防污闪涂料重量，达到控制RTV涂层厚度的目的。
