祁东县是中国黄花菜四大产区之一，其产品畅销国内外市场。分析了祁东县黄花菜种植规模、种植品种、基地生产及产品加工现状，认为祁东县黄花菜产业面临抵御自然灾害的能力差、产业化程度不高、质量难以保障、产品附加值低等问题；提出了合理规划布局，完善质量监控体系建设，提高产业组织化程度，提升加工技术水平的祁东县黄花菜产业发展对策；并对黄花菜产业的发展前景进行了展望。%Qidong County is one of the four major produc ing areas of Hemerocallis citrina Baroni in China, and its products are famous in China and abroad. Therefore, this paper analyzed the status quo of planting scale, planting variety, production and processing for Hemerocallis citrina Baroni in Qidong County. The results indicated that the Hemerocallis citrina Baroni industry in Qidong county facing some problems such as weak in resistance to natural disaster, low in industrialization level, hard to guarantee the quality and low in added value of products. Then, some developing strategies for Hemerocallis citrina Baroni industry in Qidong county were proposed, including rational planning and layout, perfecting construction of quality control system, enhancing the degree of industry organization, improving processing technology;moreover, the developing prospects of Hemerocallis citrina Baroni industry in Qidong county were also viewed.
