牛磺酸对泰国虎纹蛙体内消化酶活力的影响

     

摘要

In order to investigate the effects of taurine on activities of three digestive enzymes (protease,amylase and lipase) in liver and intestine of Rana tigrina cantor,different concentrations of taurine solution were artificially fed into stomach of Rana tigrina cantor for continuing five days.The results showed that the activities of the hepatic digestive enzymes and enteric protease reached peak at the concentration of 1 mg/mL (p<0.05); however,the activities of digestive enzymes in liver or intestine were inhibited significantly at the concentration of 1.8 mg/mL (p<0.05).After the frogs were fed with a selected concentration (0.8 mg/mL),the activities of the three digestive enzymes in liver could reach a peak at the time points of 3rd h and Th h (p <0.05); the activities of enteric protease and lipase showed three or four peaks (p<0.05),but the activities of enteric protease and amylase showed a significant decrease at 1st h (p<0.05).According to the above results,it was suggested that supplying 20 mg/kg body weight of taurine a daily might be effective for enhancing digestive power of Rana tigrina cantor,which will improve utilization efficiencies of dietary nutrients obviously.%采用人工灌胃的方法,以不同浓度的牛磺酸溶液对泰国虎纹蛙进行连续5d的灌胃处理,研究了牛磺酸对泰国虎纹蛙肝脏和肠道内的蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶3种消化酶活力的影响.结果表明:当灌胃浓度为1 mg/mL时,泰国虎纹蛙肝组织内3种消化酶以及肠道蛋白酶活力均出现峰值(P<0.05);当灌胃浓度达到1.8 mg/mL时,肝脏和肠道组织内3种消化酶的活力均受到显著抑制(P<0.05).以特定浓度(0.8 mg/mL)给蛙灌胃后,肝脏组织3种消化酶活力均在灌后3h和7h达到峰值(P<0.05);肠道蛋白酶和脂肪酶活力出现3或4次峰值(P<0.05),且肝蛋白酶和淀粉酶活力在灌后1h均出现了显著下降(P<0.05).推测每日提供20 mg/kg体重的牛磺酸可以显著提高泰国虎纹蛙的消化酶活力,促进机体对饲料营养物质的利用效率.
