农用抗生素 XBP-03-A 的分离及结构鉴定

A ntibiotic X B P-03-A w ith antibacterial activity w as separated by silica gel colum n chrom atography and purified by high perform ance liquid chrom atography from the ferm entation broth ofStreptom yces (Streptom yces spp.)X B P-03,w hich w as decolorized w ith resin and underw ent sedim entation by using organic solvent. B y m eans of U V , M S, 1H -N M R and 13C -N M R spectra, X B P-03-A w as identified asG ougerotin.%对链霉菌（Streptomyces spp.） XBP-03的发酵液进行树脂脱色、有机溶剂沉淀、硅胶柱层析分离、高效液相色谱精制，得到具有抗菌活性的单体化合物 XBP-03-A，经 UV、MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR 等手段鉴定，确定其为谷氏菌素（Gougerotin）。
