水稻稻曲病不仅仅威胁水稻生产,还会威胁人畜安全和生态环境.试验从水稻田土壤中分离生防菌株,经筛选得到了对水稻稻曲病菌的生长有抑制作用的拮抗菌株B-7.通过K-B纸片扩散法测定了的抑菌活性为72.0%,经16S rDNA测序比对,初步鉴定拮抗菌B-7为蜡质芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus),对稻曲病的田间防效到达了63.9%.研究为水稻稻曲病的生物防治提供了一个切实可行的应用途径,为水稻有机生产技术体系的构建提供了有力补充.%The rice false smut is not only a threat to rice production, but also to the safety of human and livestock as well as ecological environment. Bacterial strains were isolated from the samples taken from paddy soils. The strain B-7 with strong antagonistic activities was selected and showed 72.0% growth inhibition to Ustilaginoidea virens using K-B method. Hyphae of Ustilaginoidea virens not grew after inhibited. Based on gene sequence analysis of 16S rDNA, the strain B-7 was identified as Bacillus cereus. This study has certain reference value for the control of rice false smut.
