Mechanical and electrical industry has always been in an irreplaceable position in the development of our country's economy, Numerous advantages have turn out however, at the same time, disadvantages emerge together, the relevancy amoung mechanical and electronic industry and other industries is low, which would doubtless contribute to limits on development,and innovation ability can not catch up with the trend of the development of science and technology. In terms of talent training, although most colleges and universities are cultivating talents in this area, and have set up related courses, but they are not consistent with actual production in the actual enterprisewhich limits the development of mechanical and electronic industry.%科技的迅速发展，带动经济的不断增长。机电行业在我国的经济发展中，一直处在不可替代的地位。但是，在众多优势存在的同时，弊端也相伴而来，机电行业和其他产业的相关联度很低，相关的联系低，必然就在发展上有所限制，创新能力更不上科技发展的潮流和趋势。在人才培养方面，虽然大多数高校都在培养这方面的人才，并且开设相关课程，但是在实际的企业中，和生产不相符，这些都限制了机电产业的发展。
