转向节转向臂面及锥孔加工夹具设计

摘要

Based on the steering knuckle features such as large number of steering knuckle need to product,high require-ments of processing accuracy,complicated structure,difficult to locate and so on,processing craft of the steering knuckle is ana-lyzed.A set of fixture is designed,in view of the steering arm surface and cone hole processing.Practice has proved that the fixture can meet the requirements of steering knuckle such as large number, high precision and high efficiency.%基于转向节生产批量大、加工精度要求高、结构复杂、定位困难等特点，分析了转向节的加工工艺并针对转向臂面及锥孔的加工设计了一套夹具。实践证明，该夹具可以满足转向节大批量、高精度、高效的要求。
