西藏自治区农牧民专业合作社发展对策研究--以曲水县为例

摘要

2011年曲水县被国家农业部确定为农村改革试验区以后，按照“封闭运行、风险可控”的原则积极转变农业经营方式，引导农牧民探索和发展专业合作社，有效推动了曲水县农业新型主体的快速发展。对曲水县农牧民合作社的发展现状及存在的问题进行了研究思考并提出了解决办法及建议。%In 2011,Qushui County was entitled by the national ministry of agriculture as rural reform test area,according to the principle of“closed operation, risk control”,the mode of agricultural management has been transformed positively and farmers and herdsmen were guided to develop professional cooperatives,which effectively promoted the rapid development of new agricul-ture in Qushui County.In this paper,present situation and existing problems of professional cooperatives in Qushui County are dis-cussed and some solutions and suggestions are put forward.
